I've been taking this week to refocus on my shamanic work and prepare for a workshop this weekend. The workshop is part of my mentorship training (equivalent to an apprenticeship) in the Incan-Andean shamanic path. This Saturday I will be conducting an indoor Fire Ceremony in the evening which is open to the community. As usual, I find that I'm needing much more time than anticipated to properly prepare, which is why I'm taking the entire week to focus on spiritual work. Next week it will be back to the studio...
